Please read these terms carefully before using the Oxford Lawn website. By using this site you accept these terms.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to learn about, request, or arrange Oxford Lawn services. You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape content for unauthorized resale, or interfere with the site’s operation.
Content and trademarks
All site content (text, images, video, logos, the “Soil Driven, Earth Approved.” mark) is the property of Oxford Lawn or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may save or print pages individually for personal reference. Republishing requires written permission.
Service requests
Submitting a contact, assessment, or franchise form on this site doesn’t create a contract for services or a franchise. Any actual service or franchise relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Cancellation, refunds, and the Yearly Program
Restoration packages. A free in-person assessment is required before scheduling. After the assessment you’ll receive a written quote and scope of work; signing the quote authorizes us to schedule and perform the work. You may cancel a scheduled restoration appointment up to 48 hours before the start time at no charge. Cancellations inside that window may be subject to a trip fee covering crew time and materials already prepared for your job. Once a treatment has been performed it is non-refundable, but if results materially deviate from what we set as realistic during the assessment we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
Yearly Program (bi-monthly subscription). The Yearly Program is billed on an ongoing bi-monthly cycle. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@oxfordlawn.com or 352-446-3497. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid bi-monthly period — already-completed treatments and the next scheduled visit (if within the paid period) will not be refunded, and you will not be billed for any subsequent period. We do not auto-renew or roll over canceled subscriptions; restarting service requires a new agreement.
For California, Florida, and any other state with applicable consumer-protection cancellation rights, those rights apply in addition to the terms above and are not waived.

Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lawn restoration outcomes depend on many on-site variables (soil, climate, irrigation, prior treatments) that we don’t control. We do our best to give realistic expectations during your free assessment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxford Lawn isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
