Own the system that fixes the root cause.

Oxford Lawn isn’t just another lawn care company — it’s a complete operating system built around one truth: fix the soil, fix the lawn.

Why Oxford Lawn

While most of the industry continues to rely on surface-level treatments and short-term results, we’ve built our reputation on real, lasting transformation through compost topdressing, soil biology, and proven application methods that homeowners can actually see and feel.

We’ve spent years refining this process in the field — dialing in the right materials, the right equipment, the right timing, and the right messaging — to create a service that stands out in any market. The result is a premium, high-demand offering that not only delivers better lawns, but positions you as the expert customers trust when everything else has failed.

What you get on day one

  • Operational playbook — service packages, pricing, product programs, equipment setups, exact processes for consistent results.
  • Hands-on training — on-site technical training plus marketing and sales onboarding.
  • Vendor relationships — preferred pricing on professional-grade equipment and proprietary product blends.
  • CRM + sales playbook — the customer-acquisition flow we use, ready to deploy.
  • Brand assets — local-marketing-ready creative, the website you’re on, lead routing.
  • Territory protection — your market is yours.

The journey, week 1 to year 1

Week 1–2 · Onboard

You sign. We show up.

Operational playbook, brand assets, CRM access, and territory map land in your hands. We schedule on-site training in Wildwood, FL, where the system was built.

Month 1 · Equip & Train

Hands on the equipment.

Vendor pricing on trailers, aerators, dethatchers, and topdressers is unlocked. Hands-on training covers technical work, customer conversations, and pricing. You leave certified to deliver the system.

Month 2–3 · Launch

First lawns in the ground.

Local-marketing playbook deploys. Lead-routing wires up. Your first restorations go on the calendar. We're on every call you want us on.

Month 6–12 · Scale

Yearly programs compound.

Restoration customers convert to bi-monthly maintenance. Referrals start carrying the marketing. You're booking the kind of work that compounds — not chasing leads month-to-month.

Who we’re looking for

Driven owner-operators who take pride in doing things the right way, want to build something of their own, and see the opportunity in bringing a better solution to their market. You won’t be competing with the mow-and-blow companies or the spray-and-pray surface-treatment services — you’re offering something they can’t.

Higher-ticket jobs. Better customers. A business model built around value, not volume.

Investment & territory specifics

Franchise fees, royalty structure, territory revenue ranges, and the full Franchise Disclosure Document are shared after the introductory conversation. Submit the form to receive the info packet. Compliance with FTC rules requires we keep specific financial figures off the public page — but everything's transparent once we’re talking.

The question isn’t why join Oxford Lawn. It’s why build it the hard way when the system already works.
